Job summary

Northwest Regional Council in Washington state seeks an On-Call Department Assistant to support the Fiscal and Non-Emergency Medicaid Transportation teams. The role involves handling correspondence, processing transportation documents, data entry, and purchase orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years of admin support experience in an office
• Associate degree in business or related field with 2+ years of admin support experience
• Equivalent combo of education and experience providing needed skills
• Experience in human services setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Fiscal and Non-Emergency Medicaid Transportation departments
• Draft correspondence to clients and transportation providers
• Audit and authorize transportation documentation
• Data entry and archiving of files
• Prepare purchase orders
