Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and meet NJ childcare compliance requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Supervise and assist children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Provide attentive care and emotional support to children throughout the day.
• Assist with behavior management using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and guardians as needed.
• Step in seamlessly as an on-call substitute across various classrooms and age groups
