Helping Hands Childcare Center LLC in West Orange, NJ is seeking a passionate Teacher Assistant On-Call to support the lead teachers, supervise children, and help create a nurturing early childhood environment.

This flexible on-call position requires reliable communication, patience, and the ability to step in across classrooms and age groups. A high school diploma or GED is required, with coursework in early childhood education a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required; coursework in early childhood education is a plus.
• Prior experience with children in childcare, school, or camp settings preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible, on-call schedule with little advance notice.
• Strong communication, patience and interpersonal skills; background check and NJ compliance required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
