Job summary

Ohio Custodial Management is seeking Flex Custodians (Full-Time) in Columbus, OH. On-call cleaners handle trash, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom maintenance at client sites, with a flexible schedule and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Flexible schedule with 24-hour on-call availability.
• Ability to operate vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, and other cleaning equipment.
• Ability to apply reasoning and judgment to custodial tasks.
• Ability to perform basic math for chemical usage, area calculations, etc.
• Strong written communication skills are required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for long shifts.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the US; eVerify is used.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different client sites as assigned by operations leadership.
• Provide excellent client service with detailed cleaning and a friendly attitude.
• Clean floors using various methods and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces.
• Restock and clean restrooms.
• Inform supervisor when inventory is low.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
