Job summary

Ohio Custodial Management is seeking a Flex Custodian in Columbus, OH to maintain client facilities on a flexible, on-call basis. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, touchpoints, and restocking supplies at contracted sites.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, flexible availability (on-call), ability to operate cleaning equipment, and basic math for supply measurements. ADA accommodations available upon request.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• A flexible schedule and 24-hour availability - you will be on call.
• Able to operate mechanical cleaning equipment (i.e. vacuums, scrubbers, strippers).
• Able to use reasoning and judgment.
• Able to apply math skills to cleaning tasks (e.g. cleaning solution quantities).
• Able to communicate in writing effectively.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel throughout the shift.
• Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the US - We Use eVerify.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different client sites, as assigned by operational leadership.
• Provide excellent service to clients with detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor.
• Clean floors using various methods and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces.
• Restock and clean restrooms.
• Inform supervisor when inventory is low.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
