Job summary

Ohio Custodial Management is seeking a Full-Time Custodian for the AM shift in Columbus, OH to maintain clean facilities and support a range of cleaning tasks. The role focuses on trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and stocking supplies at the contracted site.

Candidates must be able to operate cleaning equipment, apply math to tasks, communicate in writing, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate mechanical equipment (i.e. vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, etc.)
• Ability to use reasoning and judgment
• Ability to apply math skills to various custodial tasks (i.e. how much cleaning solution needed for area being cleaned)
• Ability to communicate in writing effectively
• Ability to stand, walk, bend twist, kneel at various times through the entire shift
• Ability to lift and move, up to 40 pounds
• Authorized to work in the US – We Use eVerify

About This Role

Custodians are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the client's facility, including, but not limited to, removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning and stocking restrooms and performing other various cleaning duties as assigned at the contracted site.
