Planned Companies in Annapolis, MD, is hiring friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services, ensuring tenants and visitors have a clean, healthy environment.

You’ll perform vacuuming, mopping, floor care, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and assist management with projects; strong teamwork and communication needed; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning with cleaning products and equipment.
• Able to work well in a team and independently when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Stripping, buffing and waxing floors of various types as well.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans and washing/drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs.
• Assisting building management with all projects and other duties as requested.
