Planned Companies in Annapolis, MD is seeking friendly janitors/custodians to perform common area and bathroom cleaning services. Schedules include Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 21 hours per week, at $16 per hour.

Candidates should be able to stand long periods, lift 50+ lbs, and work well in teams while maintaining high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include floor care, dusting, sanitizing fixtures, trash removal, and assisting management on projects.

Formación

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Experience using cleaning products and equipment for floors and carpets.
• Able to work in a team and independently as needed.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Stripping, buffing and waxing floors of various types.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans and washing/drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs.
• Assisting building management with all projects and other duties as requested.
