Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Minimum one year of custodial or housekeeping experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to train and instruct others.
• Ability to read and follow training materials.
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and assembles materials and tools required for work.
• Prepares work areas and cleans areas, machines and equipment after work.
• Independently performs general and specialized custodial services; may supervise others.
• Attends safety training, uses PPE and follows safety guidance.
• Assesses work to identify risks and mitigations for safety.
• May instruct others in risk assessment and safety practices.
• Participates in campus events and adheres to policies.
• Contributes to improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
