The instructor prepares course materials, conducts sessions, evaluates participant competency, and submits certification documentation per standards. Training must comply with approved guidelines and safety requirements.

Formación

• Current CPR Instructor Certification through an approved organization (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CPR and First Aid training sessions for employees as needed.
• Ensure training follows approved guidelines, curriculum, and certification standards.
• Demonstrate proper emergency response techniques and safety procedures.
• Evaluate participants for competency in CPR and First Aid skills.
• Submit required class paperwork to The American Heart Association and HR as required.
• Prepare training materials and equipment prior to each class and maintain equipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized training environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with CPR guidelines and certification updates.
