Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record.
• Computer literacy including email and electronic health record documentation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails, texts, or calls for on-call coverage.
• Ensure safety for program residents during shifts.
• Respond to client emergencies while on duty.
• Provide therapeutic crisis management.
• Support clients administratively with evaluations and counseling.
• Dispense medication and comply with regulations.
