Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or health-related field preferred.
• Experience in administrative, supervisory healthcare role.
• AED Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise health services staff across nursing, dental, records, and mental health.
• Manage budgeting, revenue, and expense control for the facility.
• Develop, implement, and review health care policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with facility administrators and CorrHealth leadership on monthly reports and service needs.
• Plan new hire orientation and continuing education in line with accreditation requirements.
• Ensure licensure, certification and quality standards for medical staff.
• Oversee CQI, infection control, and disaster planning activities.
