Responsabilidades

• Maintain relationships with facility staff and outside providers.
• Apply policies with sound independent judgement.
• Assist in formulation of facility policy for the medical unit.
• Evaluate methods to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness of health services.
• Communicate effectively with administration, staff, inmates/residents, visitors and public.
• Complete annual staff evaluations.
• Ensure adequate staffing and assist in nursing duties when needed.
