Homewatch Caregivers of Katy is looking to hire an On-Call Coordinator and Caregiver.

The On-Call Coordinator and Caregiver position is a dual role that combines both in-office coordination and field caregiving responsibilities.

This role is designed for a dependable and compassionate professional who will alternate weekly between on-call duties and caregiving shifts.

Schedule:

• On-call duties during weekends: Friday 8am to Monday 8am
• Caregiving responsibilities: Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and adjust schedules to meet client care needs
• Address and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally

Expectations for On-Call Coordinator and Caregiver:

• Ability to work independently and stay composed in high-pressure situations
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; maintain open communication with clients, families, and office staff
• Flexibility to fill in as a caregiver when necessary
• Prior experience in all personal care and safely transferring clients with gait belt and Hoyer lift
• Reliable vehicle, proof of insurance, and valid driver’s license

Note: As an On-Call Coordinator and Caregiver, you may or may not be called upon to cover shifts; however, when an open shift arises, you MUST be available to pick up the shift at any time between 8:00am and 9:00pm.
