• Prepare and cook meals under the guidance of the Dining Services Director.
• Ensure meals are nutritious, appetizing, and attractively presented.
• Assist in orienting new team members and scheduling.
• Greet elders, families, visitors, and staff to create a friendly environment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas and equipment.
• Follow infection control and foodborne illness prevention procedures.
