Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial cooking or food prep experience.
• Healthcare setting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with residents and staff.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Selected candidates must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent guest interactions.
• Prepare and assist in cooking all meals per recipes and quality standards.
• Work with the team to provide nutritious meals and quality service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and keep kitchen and dining areas clean.
• Assist residents, staff, and guests with various dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
