Job summary

Resource Property Management is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at our residential community. You will perform general maintenance, conduct routine inspections, respond to work orders, and help keep clubhouses, restrooms, and common areas safe and welcoming for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently or with management, contractors, and vendors, and comfortable performing physical outdoor tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facilities management.
• Basic skills in landscaping, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or equipment repair.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive property care.
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable interacting with residents in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance needs and safety hazards by regular property checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of amenities such as clubhouse and pools.
• Support lighting, doors, walkways, and other property assets.
• Assist with event prep and coordination with management and vendors.
• Respond to work orders and after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Manage supplies inventory in the maintenance room.
• Document safety concerns and report violations to management.
