Job summary

HAZELDELL in is seeking an on-call CNA to provide routine daily care to residents in accordance with care plans. The role requires responding to residents' needs, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

The position is on-call with no guaranteed schedule, and the caregiver will report to nursing staff and supervisors as needed. Previous CNA or caregiving experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care and daily living activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas.
• Report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Record care activities and observations clearly in resident records.
