Job summary

Hallmark House is seeking compassionate Caregivers/CNAs to support residents in a caregiving environment, including assisted living or home health settings. Responsibilities include daily personal care, vital signs, and assisting in care planning to enhance residents' quality of life.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year caregiving experience, state CNA certification preferred, and a willingness to work day or night shifts to ensure continuous resident care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Current Nursing Assistant certification from state, preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in home health care, nursing homes, or long-term care settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet physical and sensory requirements and work in the described environment.
• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) daily and as needed.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, input/output, and food consumption.
• Observe residents and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Assist in plan of care development and provide input to nurses.
