Qualifications

• Certified Scrub certification preferred or 1 year of on-the-job experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; patient care guidelines followed.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with instrumentation during surgical interventions.
• Monitor PAR levels of instruments and supplies.
• Clean and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Participate in staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
• Work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
