Job summary

Volare Health is seeking an On-Call Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation centers. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and follow care plans to promote residents' comfort and health in Eugene, Oregon.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced CNAs; flexible scheduling for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions, and competitive market wages with career growth opportunities within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State.
• Meet State and Federal requirements (12 hours in-service education).
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions to accomplish tasks.
• Recent education or clinical hours required.

The Care you will be providing:

• Ensuring residents' comfort while assisting them in achieving their highest practicable level of functioning


• Assist in residents' daily living activities.


• Follow the plan of care for providing hygiene and oral care.


• Assist residents with dressing and grooming according to their needs.


• Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.


• Maintain residents' rooms in neat orderly and clutter free manner.
  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State and maintain certification throughout employment.


• Meet State and Federal requirements, generally 12 hours, in-service education.


• Ability to read, write and follow verbal instructions and written directions to accomplish job‑related tasks.


• Recent education or clinical hours are required.
