Job summary

Volare Health, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant on-call to provide compassionate care across our long-term care and rehab settings. The role supports residents with daily activities, personal care, and vital sign checks in a flexible scheduling environment.

The ideal candidate is a licensed CNA in good standing, able to follow care plans, and capable of adapting to varied shifts across Hillside Heights Rehabilitation facilities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State and maintain certification throughout employment.
• Meet State and Federal requirements, generally 12 hours, in-service education.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal instructions and written directions to accomplish job-related tasks.
• Recent education or clinical hours are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring residents' comfort while assisting them in achieving their highest practicable level of functioning
• Assist in residents' daily living activities.
• Follow the plan of care for providing hygiene and oral care.
• Assist residents with dressing and grooming according to their needs.
• Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Maintain residents' rooms in neat orderly and clutter free manner. Other duties as assigned.
