Monmouth University is seeking On-Call Nurse Practitioners for its Health Center on the West Long Branch campus. The nurse practitioners will assess, diagnose and treat patients presenting with illness or injury, perform phlebotomy, order tests, and provide immunizations within NJ APN scope.

This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position. The roles include women's health services, annual screenings and contraceptive counseling, with Monday–Friday scheduling during the academic terms.

Qualifications

• MSN degree and NJ RN licensure plus APN licensure required.
• Ambulatory or similar clinical experience with adolescents/adults.
• Ability to diagnose and prescribe for common illnesses.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment for Health Center patients.
• Order diagnostic tests and review findings.
• Provide preventive immunizations, gynecological services, STI testing and contraception.
• Perform phlebotomy and CLIA-waived testing.
