Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed care tasks and support residents according to care plans.
• Assist with ADLs such as dressing, bathing, toileting, eating, and grooming.
• Monitor residents' health, vital signs, and report changes.
• Properly document events, orders, and updates in resident records.
• Provide respectful, empathetic care and promote independence.
• Communicate with care team and outside health professionals as needed.
