Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year high-volume bartending experience (casino preferred).
• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a high-volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests promptly.
• Check and maintain beverage cups, glassware, and supplies.
• Clean bar tops, underbars, counters, and equipment; ensure surface cleanliness.
• Know MICROS/POS system and cocktail terminology.
• Take orders efficiently and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
