Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• TABC certificate required in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to state and corporate liquor regulations and serves drinks responsibly.
• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and garnishes.
• Greets guests, takes orders, and mixes drinks per standard recipes.
• Checks IDs and monitors guest intoxication per policy.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and performs closing procedures.
