Flik Hospitality Group is hiring immediately for on-call Bar Server positions at The Holdsworth Food & Beverages, 4907 Ranch Road #2222, Austin, TX 78731. Online applications accepted only. Schedule is on-call and may vary; some nights and weekends are required. Prior high-volume serving experience preferred.

Fixed pay rate is $22.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available. Free meals, uniforms and laundering service available at select locations.

Qualifications

• Previous high volume serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cleans serving area.
• Attends to client’s needs.
• Ensures that guest’s needs are met.
• Sets up bar and serves food and beverages at events.
• Maintains friendly demeanor when interacting with and serving customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
