Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, garnishes, ice and condiments.
• Maintains stock and prepares fresh garnish and juices to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests courteously and processes drink orders.
• Prepares and serves drinks using standard recipes and portions.
• Checks IDs to verify age; handles cash and payments accurately.
• Locks up and secures beverage products, cash and equipment.
• Performs cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
• Maintains attractive bar display and vessel organization.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
