Job summary

Compass Group USA's FLIK division is hiring for a full-time Bartender at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin, TX. The role requires prior bartending experience and offers a fixed pay rate of $12.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, glassware, ice and garnishes.
• Maintains stock and garnishes, ensures product quality.
• Greets guests and processes drink orders using standard recipes.
• Checks guests for proper identification and ensures responsible service.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware; keeps work area clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
