Job summary

Hilton Waikiki Beach is seeking an On-Call Barista/Counterperson for the M.A.C. To-Go outlet in Honolulu, HI. You will prepare beverages, serve food and handle transactions while ensuring guest satisfaction and a clean workstation.

Responsibilities include cash handling, training new barista team members, and maintaining inventory per health and safety guidelines. This role supports hotel guests and walk-ins with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Familiar with beverage machine operation.
• Knowledge of product line and beverage preparation.
• Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and food items to hotel guests and walk-ins.
• Handle cash, room charges, credit cards, and deposits.
• Attend to guest needs and maintain clean work area.
• Restock inventory and train new barista team members.
