Job summary

Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel seeks a Full-Time Barista/Counterperson for the M.A.C. To-Go outlet. You will prepare beverages for hotel and walk-in guests, handle cash, and attend to all duties at the coffee bar, with flexibility in scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of F&B or barista experience, strong guest service skills, and familiarity with coffee equipment. Knowledge of Hawaii health guidelines is preferred. Position includes hospitalities duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage operations.
• Barista experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate coffee bar equipment and prepare beverages.
• Handle cash, room charges, credit cards, and vouchers.
• Assist guests and maintain a clean, stocked counter area.
