Renaissance Framingham Hotel is seeking friendly and professional On Call Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role you will provide smooth and efficient food service to guests during events, working as part of the Colwen Hotels team at the Renaissance Framingham location.

Responsibilities include setting banquet rooms, greeting guests, taking orders, and maintaining service standards. This position offers event-based hours with weekend and holiday variability and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Previous server experience preferred.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Ability to maintain personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Set banquet rooms according to event orders and specifications.
• Greet guests with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Take and relay guest orders to the kitchen.
• Review event plan at shift start.
• Know menu items and compositions.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and items.
• Ensure correct preparation and guest satisfaction; return incorrect items to kitchen.
• Clear tables and remove dishes as guests finish meals.
• Adhere to Colwen and brand standards; comply with liquor policies.
• Clean designated areas and stock sideboards.
• Set tables to standards and keep items clean and in good repair.
• Assist with other restaurant tasks and duties.
