Job summary

Renaissance Framingham Hotel & Conference Center is seeking an engaging Hospitality Attendant to assist with breakfast buffet setup, dining area upkeep, and delivering exceptional guest service at our Framingham, MA property.

Responsibilities include food prep, guest greeting, answering menu questions, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards and brand policies. On-site, full-time, early mornings and rotating shifts available.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and safety regulations.
• Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willingness to work in a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prep food offerings and set up food service area.
• Welcome guests with a smile and greeting.
• Answer questions about the menu and maintain knowledge of items.
• Deliver food, beverages, and condiments to tables.
