Job summary

The Club at Quail Ridge in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking an On-call Banquet Server to provide warm, professional catering service for private events and weddings. This role offers flexible scheduling aligned with the club's event calendar.

You will set up banquet rooms, serve meals and beverages, coordinate with culinary and service teams, and uphold safety standards. Previous banquet or hospitality experience is preferred; timely, dependable candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, restaurant, hotel, country club, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Serving experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on event needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service during banquet events and private functions.
• Set up, service, and break down banquet rooms, dining areas, buffets, bars, and event spaces according to established standards.
• Assist with table setup, including linens, china, glassware, silverware, chairs, tables, and other event equipment.
• Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and other food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of banquet menus, event timelines, service standards, and member preferences.
• Work closely with the Banquet Manager, culinary team, bartenders, and other service staff to ensure smooth event execution.
