Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star/5-star venue is preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is desired.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms for functions, including table settings and centerpieces.
• Serve and buss tables, retrieve food from back hall, and assist with service during events.
• Assist with teardown, cleaning, and storage post-event.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of event spaces.
• Provide guests with warm, professional service and accurate information about menu items.
