Job summary

StepStone Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic On-Call Banquet Server to support our Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners events. You will set up banquet spaces, deliver food and beverages with a polished presentation, and maintain orderly service areas to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hotel operations knowledge, strong communication, and a team-first attitude. CPR/First Aid training is a plus; high school diploma preferred with hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• CPR and first aid training preferred.
• Licenses/certifications as applicable.
• Additional language ability preferred.
• High school education preferred; relevant training and experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces during service.
• Assist with buffet stations and replenishment.
• Coordinate with banquet captain and team for timing and flow.
• Break down and reset spaces after functions and store equipment.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure guest safety.
• Provide outstanding service by anticipating guest needs.
