The Banquet Server collaborates closely with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other service team members to maintain smooth operations and uphold high standards of hospitality. ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS

• Prepare banquet rooms by setting tables, arranging chairs, and ensuring all necessary service items are in place according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests during events, following proper serving protocols and safety standards.
• Assistin the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including cleaning and resetting rooms after service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to coordinate timing and delivery of menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests professionally, addressing any concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:
