Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of banquet service or F&B service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Using your genuine and authentic personality, you will provide impeccable service to our group and social catering events at the resort and off-property events.
• Understand people’s situations and feelings and take actions to make it the best experience ever.
• Create a strong and open communication within the banquet team to ensure seamless service throughout the event.
• A strong ability to be aware and present in areas of service to anticipate all guest needs before they ask.
• Be a brave problem solver in all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• A committed team player.
