Responsibilities

• Take pride in organization skills and efficient work ethic while completing pre-function side work as designated by the Banquet Captain and/or Banquet Managers.
• Perform all service standards efficiently to exceed guest and co-associate expectations.
• Attend to all guest needs during functions proactively and attentively.
• Adhere to all liquor liability laws and familiarize yourself with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Set tables to specifications, carry trays, and provide excellent customer service with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar setting, with knowledge of Food and Beverage service. Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Flexible availability, including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly demeanor to create a fun and welcoming environment.
• Energetic and capable of working in a fast-paced environment that services the bar and restaurant.
• MUST be TABC certified and have a Food Handler Certificate.
