Qualifications

• Understand state liquor laws and safety standards.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and carry heavy trays.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of wines by the glass and beverages offered.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standard service etiquette.
• Know liquor laws and company policies regarding alcohol service.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and stock levels; assist banquet managers with staffing and training.
• Manage beverage costs, waste and inventory.
• Perform opening/closing duties and attend trainings and staff meetings.
