Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior exposure to audio-visual and/or hospitality industry preferred.
• Computer proficiency in hardware, software and networking required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and strike event technology per SOPs.
• Greet guests and instruct on equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate client event information in systems.
• Review invoices with clients and obtain signatures.
• Ensure inventory is secure and equipment works properly.
• Follow company policies and safety measures.
