Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current DC 3rd class steam engineer license required.
• 6th Class Steam Engineer’s License and/or DC Class 3 training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust building HVAC equipment.
• Assist in operating JC 80 control system and calibrate controls.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Respond to service calls and support life safety systems.
• Maintain gauges and meters to ensure safe operation.
