Job summary

WSP currently has opportunities for On Call Archaeology Field Technicians with 3+ years of experience for project work in Arizona and New Mexico. Selected applicants will be involved in projects with our Earth & Environment Cultural Resource Team and will have open opportunities to become a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their cultural resource challenges.

WSP is currently looking to fill multiple hourly, project-based positions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, History or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional level experience in archaeological and historic preservation plans, staff and resources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in survey, testing, data recovery, and monitoring tasks.
• Support field staff and senior archaeologists to complete assigned tasks.
• Prepare and contribute to digital data collection and reporting.
