Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group Inc. is seeking a Technician to maintain and repair cranes, perform routine maintenance, and respond to after-hours calls.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, with climbing and working at heights in a safety-first environment. You will troubleshoot and repair industrial hoists, perform OSHA inspections, and coordinate with management to schedule daily work.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years crane experience in an industrial facility.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to safe working and driving practices.
• Willing to work off the ground at various heights.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and inspections.
• Good communication, team or independent work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and upgrading industrial hoists and cranes in the field at customer locations.
• Perform OSHA required hoist and crane inspections and generate inspection reports and repair orders.
• Communicate with the Service Manager and Branch Manager to schedule and complete work daily.
• Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles safely; notify supervisor of deficiencies.
• Attend trainings and seminars; participate in HCSG 5 Marks program.
