Job summary

Madison Apartment Group is looking for a Make Ready Technician to turn vacant units into move-in ready homes quickly and safely. You’ll perform standard maintenance, upgrades, and repairs across apartment interiors, while supporting groundskeeping and on-call rotation.

The role requires at least two years in maintenance, basic HVAC and electrical troubleshooting skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel between properties as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of maintenance experience; multifamily industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the turn process to transform vacated apartments into market-ready homes.
• Restore apartments to market-ready status by replacing lights, repairing doors/windows, and fixtures.
