Job summary

The Dolben Company is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our Towson, MD community of 175 apartments. You will support maintenance and resident service, perform preventative tasks, repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances, and prepare vacant apartments for turnover.

• Experience in maintenance preferred and/or 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Showing care and concern for residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Preserving the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and ground maintenance.
• Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
• Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after-hour emergencies.
• Operates with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
