HireOne Staffing in Perry Hall, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing team. The role covers daily work orders, in-unit repairs (HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing), and vacancy turnover for residents.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a CFC certification, at least 5 years in apartment maintenance with on-call rotation, and a valid driver's license. You will participate in safety and quality tasks and support a supervisor when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CFC Certification required.
• 5 years of apartment maintenance experience and on-call rotation.
• Experience working in or assisting in managing an apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders and in-unit repairs (HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing).
• Prepare and turn over vacant units for new residents.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
• Participate in an 8-week rotating on-call schedule (after hours, weekends, holidays).
• Assist with training staff.
• Act as supervisor in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
