Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at our Lake Wylie neighborhood. This on-site role handles routine maintenance, troubleshooting appliances, and basic groundskeeping, ensuring a safe and welcoming living environment.

Requirements include 1 year general maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. HVAC certification and prior apartment maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities, buildings, and grounds as assigned through work orders.
• Prepare vacated apartment homes for release quickly and professionally.
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall tasks.
• Minor plumbing system repairs (clearing drains, toilet issues, repair/replace water heaters).
• Service kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, and garage issues when necessary.
• Emergency maintenance as part of an on-call emergency schedule.
• Follow safety standards at all times.
• Snow removal
• All other related duties as assigned.
