Job summary

CAHEC Management, Inc. seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a Calhoun, GA property. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, prepare apartments for move-ins, and help keep the property safe and well maintained.

This role requires basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repair, plus the ability to read work orders and follow safety procedures. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for on-call emergencies are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read work orders, follow instructions, and adhere to safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders promptly.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins.
• Inspect the property and perform maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
