Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Martinsburg, West Virginia. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required and the ideal candidate lives nearby and holds a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, making-ready apartments, handling work orders, on-call emergencies, and executing special projects while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required; a reliable vehicle is preferred.
• EPA Certification is beneficial.
• Must live within 30 minutes to the community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds.
• Making ready apartments (punching and painting).
• Running work order tickets.
• On-call maintenance emergencies.
• Special assigned property projects.
• Providing exceptional customer services to residents.
